Fly Fishing + Mindfulness Retreat
Time & Location
About The Event
Whether you’ve dreamt of fly fishing in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado or perhaps you have yet to cast for the first time, I’m excited to announce this women’s only fly-fishing retreat. Nestled in the mountains, this off-grid retreat is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the noise and busyness of life and re-connect with ourselves. This retreat is more than just fly fishing, it’s also an opportunity to learn new skills and tools to become a more grounded and mindful individual.
We’ll start each morning with our 5-minute journals to set the intention and tone for the day ahead, followed by a quick 10-minute meditation to settle our minds, and finish with a 45-minute all-levels feel good yoga flow to move the body. Following this hour of self-love and tone setting for the day, we will move into an organic, farm-to-table breakfast
before the day’s main activity.
This 5-day retreat includes personalized fly-fishing instruction and guidance from myself, along with private access to the upper frying pan river (you can fly fish anytime you’d like), a full day on the frying pan river and a full day guided float on the Roaring Fork or Colorado river with some of the most requested Colorado guides. Our evenings
are spent relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, a farm-to-table dinner prepared by Chef Sara, good conversation, live music, bonfires and 5-minute evening journal reflections (a full look to what the week includes is listed below).
I’m incredibly excited for this week of connection, laughter, and exploration. We hope you’ll join us for this 5-day fly fishing and mindfulness retreat. This is a week to truly reset and explore the beauty that the Colorado mountains have to offer. Our intent is to create space for connection, provide tools to find a deeper connection to the self, create
new friendships and to enhance your fly-fishing journey. Click the link below to register for this Colorado Retreat.
