Fly Fishing + Mindfulness Retreat
in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado 


Retreat Includes:

Fly Fishing

~ 4+ hour wade fly fishing trip on the frying pan river. (all gear provided)

~ Private access during your stay on the upper frying pan river

~ 6 hour Float Trip on the Roaring fork or Colorado River with some of the most requested guides in the roaring fork valley.

Mindful Movement

~ 10 minute guided meditations and 45 minute feel good yoga flow to start the day

~ Guided backcountry hike to a high alpine lake

~ Journaling sessions + reflective conversations


~ Movie + hot cocktails on the arrival evening

~ Hot tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge access throughout your stay

~ Evening Bonfires, cocktails + local music to play during our stay

~ Endless space + wilderness to explore and wander

Nutrition + Hydration

All meals will be prepared farm to table, organic and locally sourced. Prepared with love by chef Sara Saez. Water + Kangen available during your stay.

Shyanne Orvis, Host

Conventional was the name of the game in my family, and when I discovered fly fishing, the passion consumed me. I dove head first into the sport and it was my own version of fishing then what I had known as a child. The excitement and thrill of pursing various species on fly was unmatched and it's what feeds this hunger to travel, and explore. In the midst of a challenging childhood, fishing is what kept me grounded and in a lot of ways healed me. It was the calm to the chaos. Now it’s my personal mission to connect and empower others through this sport that I love dearly. it's inspired me to create a space that always remains authentic and inclusive. Which was my exact intention for creating a fly fishing retreat that was centered around mindfulness and connection with others, ourselves, and the outdoors. (:

Sara Saez, Chef

Sara’s passion for cooking comes from a combination of two bigger passions - nutrition and community - believing these two components heal us. The art of cooking is nothing without love, nourishment and togetherness. Sara has always cooked for family and friends with a focus on presentation and showcasing a variety of flavors. When she started to study nutrition, she became obsessed with the functionality and healing powers of food. Now, Sara’s mission is to use food as fuel and medicine, never sacrificing flavor.

Sara works as a private chef in Aspen, CO - for families who allow her full creativity, trusting her to weave together farm fresh and organic ingredients with elements of functional medicine. 

Sara studies functional medicine and is on the path to becoming a naturopath. She is so happy her two passions work together so well.  


Heidi Small, Adventure Guide

Heidi is a true Colorado native. Growing up in the Roaring Fork Valley, she's spend most of her childhood exploring these vary mountains and rivers. She's found her passion in yoga + sharing knowledge about the importance of hydration and the benefits of Kangen water. Her vibrant energy, love for the outdoors and contagious positivity makes her a perfect addition to curating the culture + energy for this retreat. 


Britt Davenport, Yoga + Meditation Teacher

Brittany is a native to Colorado. She found the practice of yoga during her early years of college

and was instantly drawn in. Brittany saw more balance in her life and felt grounded when coming to her mat. She noticed a much happier self and strength gained not only in the physical

body but in the mind. Her anxiety was finally at ease! Brittany is Yoga Alliance Certified with

300-hours of Power Yoga, 500-hours of Hatha Yoga, and 20-hours of Yin. In her classes you’ll find authenticity, empowerment to work towards your best self, a safe space for community,

and her love of music! When Brittany isn’t teaching yoga, she loves spending time with her family and pup, hiking, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors and all that Colorado has to
