Float trip connect!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Amanda and I have been fly fishing consistently for around 8 years now. The Green River is one of my favorite places to go so I didn't want to pass on an opportunity to meet some new friends and enjoy one of my favorite spots.

I do not have my own boat and I have limited experience with rowing while someone is fishing, but I am a quick learner and open to figuring it out if someone is willing to teach. :)

I feel really confident with my ability to set up rods and I am always willing to help out. I look forward to meeting other women that have a passion for fly fishing and hopefully make some lifelong friends.

Hi Ladies! Welcome to our group chat for the September Camping + Floating excursion. I can't wait to connect with each of you. If you've registered and you're looking for a spot on a boat, please share a photo + a little information about yourself and whether you feel comfortable rowing. If you've registered and you have a boat, please share a photo, a little about yourself and how many spots you have open!

I will do my best to make sure everyone can join! If there isn't space or you don't feel comfortable rowing, I will also add a link to book a guide with Western Rivers FlyFisher Guides - these guys are the absolute best and won't mind our chaos! (:

Just a reminder:

This is not a hosted trip. I'm simply organizing this event in hopes to get an awesome crew of women together but you are responsible for your own fishing, camping gear. rigging your rods, etc. We'll support each other to determine what flies we should use and how we should rig up our rods but we are each responsible for our own experience. However, never hesitate to ask each other questions! This should be an empowering, supportive space to connect with like-minded gals.
